Talent Acquisition manager (Shanghai)
Location: Shanghai
• Maintain a regular dialogue with hiring managers to gain a deep understanding of current and future recruitment needs
• Translate new ideas into projects to be implemented locally
• Based on business needs, strong partnership with line managers to establish and maintain proactive Talent Pools for long-term strategic talent pipelining
• Develop appropriate channels and external events to roll out employer branding
Desired Skills and Experience
• At least 5 years of Talent acquisition experience
• Experience of working with multinational companies.
• Marketing/advertisement agency working experience preferred
• Headhunting working experience preferred
• Proven track record in attraction talents.
• Proven track record in leading HR Recruiting process improvements.
• Experience working in a matrix structure highly desirable
• Result-orientation
• Strong ownership
• Relevant educational qualifications
• Fluent in English and Chinese
